Payment options
At CHIVAL we offer various secure and convenient payment methods:

Payment security
Your payment details are protected with the utmost care. For credit card transactions (such as entering your card number or expiry date), your data is automatically and fully encrypted and sent to the payment provider.

  • CHIVAL never has access to your full credit card details.
  • Even in the event of a refund, this information remains protected.
  • Additional security for Visa and Mastercard payments is guaranteed through verification methods such as Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode.

 

Delivery

We are proud to deliver to customers all over the world.

  • Check availability:
    We recommend always checking carefully whether the piece of jewelry is still in stock. If it is not, we will gladly inform you when it becomes available again. Please send an email to info@chival.nl including the product name and, if applicable, the size of the jewelry.

Please note: While we strive for fast shipping, delivery speed depends on the carrier. The usual transit time within the Netherlands is 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping options by region

  • Benelux
    • Standard shipping within 1–2 business days.
    • For orders from €99 and up, shipping is free.
  • Germany
    • Shipping with a delivery time of 1–2 business days.
    • Orders from €150 and up are shipped free of charge.
  • Rest of Europe
    • Delivery within a few business days.
    • Free shipping for orders from €550 and up.
    • Any additional customs charges are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Intercontinental
    • Worldwide shipping with a delivery time of 2–4 business days.
    • Free shipping for orders from €550 and up.
    • Any customs charges are not reimbursed by CHIVAL.

Tracking information
You will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code as soon as your jewelry has been shipped. This allows you to easily track your order until delivery.
