ORDER
You can change your order within four hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service at info@chival.nl.

SEND
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link that allows you to follow the package until it is delivered.
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, our shipments are handled by DHL (evening delivery from Monday to Saturday) and GLS (delivery from Monday to Saturday).
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the delivery option you choose. You'll see all available options and their associated costs during the checkout process.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can still change the delivery address. Please contact us quickly at info@chival.nl.
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1-2 business days. Shipments to Belgium or Germany are delivered within approximately 2 business days. During peak periods (e.g., holidays), delivery times may be longer.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
The sizes of bracelets, rings, earrings, and necklaces with matching pendants are standard. We recommend checking your size (for rings and bracelets) beforehand using the indicated ring sizes and the measurement advice provided. Bracelet sizes are indicated with each piece of jewelry. At CHIVAL, you can also purchase a separate necklace in lengths of 42 and 45 cm. You can then choose your own pendant for this necklace.
The jewelry can be returned at your own expense within 14 days of receipt.
Returns are processed within a maximum of 10 business days. If a piece of jewelry is exchanged, you will receive a Track & Trace link once the new piece has shipped.

Changes that affect the total, such as changing the product, require cancellation of the order. A new order can then be placed.
Yes, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
The jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receipt, at your own expense.
WARRANTY
CHIVAL offers a 6-month warranty on all jewelry.
The warranty covers discoloration; we review this on a case-by-case basis. You can contact our customer service at info@chival.nl, including your order number and a photo of the jewelry.
