ORDER
You can change your order within four hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service at info@chival.nl.

SHIPPING
Yes, we ship worldwide.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a Track & Trace link so you can follow your package until it’s delivered.
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, our shipments are handled by DHL (evening delivery from Monday to Saturday) and GLS (delivery from Monday to Saturday).
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the delivery option you choose. During checkout, you’ll see all available options and their corresponding costs.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still change the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@chival.nl.
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1–2 working days. Shipments to Belgium or Germany are delivered in approximately 2 working days. During busy periods (for example, holidays), delivery times may be longer.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The sizes of bracelets, rings, earrings and necklaces with matching pendants are standard. We recommend that you carefully check your size in advance (for rings and bracelets) using the indicated ring sizes and the measuring advice provided. The sizes for the bracelets are listed with the relevant piece of jewelry. At CHIVAL you can also purchase a separate chain in lengths of 42 and 45 cm. You can then choose a pendant yourself.
Jewelry can be returned at your own expense within 14 days of receipt.
Returns are processed within a maximum of 10 business days. If a piece of jewelry is exchanged, you will receive a Track & Trace link as soon as the new piece has been shipped.

Changes that affect the total amount, such as changing the product, require the order to be cancelled. After that, a new order can be placed.
Yes, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receipt, at your own expense.
WARRANTY
CHIVAL provides a 6‑month warranty on all jewelry.
The warranty covers discoloration; we assess this on a case-by-case basis. You can contact our customer service at info@chival.nl, stating your order number and including a photo of the piece of jewelry.
