Refund policy

Jewelry marked as returnable can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. The costs for returning are at your own expense.

This is how you return your order:

  1. Condition of the product:
    The jewelry must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
  2. Contact us:
    Send an email to our customer service at info@chival.nl to register your return. Please include your order number so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
  3. Return form:
    After registering your return, you will receive a return form from our customer service. Make sure to fill out this form correctly and send it back together with the jewelry. Without the correctly completed form, we unfortunately cannot process your return.
  4. Confirmation of receipt:
    Once we have received and processed your return shipment, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that the entire return process can take up to 10 business days, depending on how busy it is and the type of return.
  5. Shipping costs:
    Please note: the shipping costs of your original order will not be refunded.
