We are happy to offer you a 6‑month warranty from the date of purchase. The jewelry offered on CHIVAL.nl is finished with very high-quality 18K gold plating. Do you have a question about your jewelry? We’d be happy to receive your message or question at info@chival.nl. 

Returns

Upon receiving your CHIVAL jewelry, you as the customer are responsible for checking the quality of the product you purchased. Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported to our customer service at info@chival.nl within 2 days of receiving your jewelry. CHIVAL will assess the piece and provide a solution. If you return the jewelry, it must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.
