Returns

Upon receipt of your CHIVAL jewelry, you, as the consumer, are responsible for checking the quality of the purchased product. Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported to our customer service within two days of receiving your jewelry. info@chival.nl . CHIVAL will assess the jewelry and offer a solution. If you return the jewelry, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
