Production times
All jewelry is handmade. If the piece you have chosen is no longer in stock, please send us an email (info@chival.nl) with the name of the piece, the chosen material and any size, and we will let you know as soon as possible when it is back in stock. 

Delivery time:
We will ship your jewelry to you immediately after your purchase. Please allow a delivery time of a few days.

Please note:
When you order multiple items, we always ship them together in one package.

Pre-order
A pre-order concerns an item that is not yet available online or is temporarily out of stock. By placing a pre-order, you can reserve a CHIVAL item in advance and avoid it being sold out by the time it (re)enters stock. The expected delivery date of the pre-order product is indicated on the product page.
